Overview
Google Play and privacy regulations require a way for users to request deletion of accounts created for the EvaraTech app. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account (email/password login)
- Profile fields associated with your user (name, email, phone, role metadata as applicable)
- FCM push tokens registered for your user
- App access to devices previously assigned to you
What may be retained
- IoT device records and historical telemetry owned by your organization (needed for other users and operations)
- Security, audit, or legal records retained for a limited period where required by law
- Anonymized / aggregated operational metrics that no longer identify you
How to request deletion
- Email support@evaratech.com from the same email address used for your EvaraTech login.
- Use subject line: EvaraTech account deletion request.
- Include: your full name, organization/company (if any), and confirm you want the account permanently deleted.
- We will verify ownership and process the request. Target acknowledgment: within 7 business days. Completion target: within 30 days unless a lawful retention exception applies.
Organization-managed accounts
If your employer or site administrator created your account, you may also ask them to deactivate or remove your user in the admin console. Administrator removal in the current product may disable app access; full authentication cleanup should still be confirmed with EvaraTech support using the email process above until in-app self-serve deletion is available.
In-app status
As of the current mobile release, self-serve one-tap account deletion inside the app is not yet implemented. This web page is the supported deletion request path for Play Store compliance until an in-app flow is shipped.
